Q. I am trying to get hold of GlucoMen beta ketone LX strips which seem to be out of stock, can I give the patient GlucoMen Areo strips as an alternative?
A. No I am afraid you cannot, as the testing strips are not compatible in all GlucoMen meters, the best thing would be for the patient to obtain a new GlucoMen Areo meter. To obtain one of these they can call GlucoMen on the number below who will send them a new GlucoMen Areo 2K meter (glucose & ketones) or GlucoMen Areo (for glucose) meter which should arrive in 2-3 days.
