As of 14^th January 2020, Microsoft no longer provides security updates for computer systems running on Windows 7 and we highly recommend members upgrade their systems.

What are the benefits?

The fundamental reason to upgrade is to ensure your patient data will continue to be secure.

Other benefits include:

• Maximise performance – your system will perform better on Windows 10 than Windows 7 meaning you will get the most out of ProScript Connect.
• Adhere to Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) criteria - such as the Warranted Environment Specification (WES).
• Preparing for the future – upgrading to Windows 10 will give you the base for all future developments and system enhancements to ProScript Connect.

How do I check if I need to upgrade?

Windows 10 has been the standard  operating system for your Numark Assist Connect PMR since September 2019. If your contract is before this date click on the link to check your system

Please note - upgrading through Microsoft directly can result in PMR data loss and multiple chargeable visits. All operating system upgrades must be purchased through EMIS to ensure your PMR system is not affected.
