Within your membership, you have access to various levels of HR support and guidance. We've outlined the support available to you to help manage your HR processes within your business and gain further support and guidance where required.
DIY Approach
For a DIY approach, we provide members with guidance, and downloadable resources that allow you to take control of your own HR responsibilities.
Hiring staff: We have a range of downloadable resources supporting you to recruit staff and induct them into your organisation.
Managing staff: We provide basic resources to help with management of staff including appraisal and 1 to 1 forms, social media guidance and holiday request documents.

SOPs: We provide a variety of SOPs for each member of staff within the pharmacy team to support with processes within the pharmacy, stock handling, governance and staff training.

Centric HR Bespoke Support
We have partnered with Centric HR to bring our members bespoke HR support including general ad-hoc advice and support, help with strategic, operational HR matters, TUPE, health & safety, and contracts, policies and handbooks.
Members will have access to this advice and support at a discounted rate of £79 per hour (exc VAT). Standard price is £89 per hour.
