SSP077 Cefalexin 125mg/5ml oral solution sugar free

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) had issued a Serious Shortage Protocol (SSP) for Cefalexin 125mg/5ml oral solution sugar free in response to a significant ongoing supply disruption. It has now expired as there is now sufficient stock to meet normal demands.
