If your pharmacy uses Hey Pharmacist, Portal is an essential for you to keep up to date and communicate with your patients the status of their orders. We've said before that Portal is always evolving. Now you can see it for yourself! Included with Hey Pharmacist Portal is Portal reports, making it easier than ever before for you to keep up to date with the progress your pharmacy is making.
What is Portal reports?
Portal reports has been launched to make access to data easier for Portal users. You can now access almost real time data about your patient sign ups (via QR code), total orders, and divide of delivery and collection orders.
Can I filter the data based on date?
When you open reports, the data you see is all the data from the time you started using Portal. To see more specific reports, all the data you see on the reports page can be filtered to:

What is the most recent data I see?
We have tried to make the data update almost equal to real time. But there could be a delay of a few seconds. You could also see delays if you have connectivity issues.
