Hey Pharmacist Portal
The Hey Pharmacist Portal is a web-based tool that enables pharmacies to manage and communicate the status of a patient's medication order for both collection and delivery repeat prescription orders.
You can:
- Track & manage your patients collection or delivery, repeat prescription orders
- Change the order status in the portal and trigger patient notifications to inform them
- Send collection reminders to remind your patients to come and collect their orders
Patients will be more informed about the status of their order, when their order is being prepared, and when their order is ready to collect.
