Numerics is Numark’s own generic offering with a comprehensive range of over 1700 generic molecules. The largest of any wholesaler.
Numerics offers members a simple and easy way of buying all generics at a competitive price through one wholesaler, PHOENIX.
We completely appreciate the processes that monopolise your day. Whether chasing down the best price or managing the dispensing process from start to finish, maximising discounts on your generics purchases is not an easy task.
Your time is just not well spent trawling through web portals and hammering the phones to save money here and there; that’s why Numerics pricing is benchmarked against all the major suppliers/shortliners in the marketplace, reducing the number of generics suppliers dealt with, saving time and money and allowing more time to focus on patients.
Not only do we offer competitive pricing but we also like to reward Numerics members with additional benefits, ‘the more you spend, the more you save’.

With our buying power across the wider PHOENIX group, we are confident we can buy and sell generics competitively, if not more so, than most shortliners and almost certainly on a much wider range.
We work closely with some of the biggest generic manufacturers who supply a number of products into Numerics, however, we only include those products which are competitively priced and have reliable availability. This enables Numerics to offer 99% service levels and give continuity to the products you receive.
What is protected stock?
Our stock is protected for Numerics customers so in times of shortages you can have peace of mind that we can provide you with products when others can’t.
PHOENIX stock many brands of the same product so if there is a particular brand of product you wish to order that are not within Numerics, you can still order these via PHOENIX customer services who can process your order.
Note: you will be paying the full list price for any product ordered outside of Numerics. However, it will qualify towards your Numerics spend threshold and overall discount.
If competitive pricing isn’t enough, Numerics also offers regular promotions on a range of products. Promotional activity will be emailed to members with price lists and order forms to ensure they do not miss out. However products can also be ordered via the normal PR system. Where possible our teams will phone members to ensure you are aware of the activity so you don’t miss out on these fabulous opportunities.
