Stoptober

Stoptober campaign

Stoptober is an annual campaign led by Public Health England (PHE) to encourage smokers to make a quit attempt in October and sustain it for at least 28 days - if they do, they are five times more likely to quit for good. It's the 10 year anniversary of this campaign and 2 million smokers have used the campaign to make a quit attempt. Pharmacy plays a critical role in this campaign by helping smokers to make a quit attempt and also support them to sustain it. Consider linking to your services as this would be a great opportunity to support your customers further.
