Update of NHS website and DoS profile

Numark Information Services would like to remind community pharmacy contractors that one of the requirements within the Terms of Service is to verify and, where necessary, update the information contained in their NHS website profile and their Directory of Services (DoS) profile every quarter of the financial year.

This current quarter in the financial year ends on 30^th September 2021. Even if no changes have been made, contractors must verify the information before the end of September 2021. This creates a record which acts as evidence to NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE&I) that these actions have been undertaken.

If contractors are unsure when they last updated or verified the entries, they can find this information within both the NHS website and DoS profiler. It should display a date between 1^st July 2021 to 30^th September 2021 to comply.
