As with many industries over the last few months, we have struggled with significant and sustained UK wide staff shortages as a direct result of Brexit and COVID. We recognise these issues have been widely felt within our membership; please rest assured we worked tirelessly to resolve the situation, pulling resource from our head office teams in order to improve our service during this incredibly difficult period.
We are wholly committed to our membership. We recognise and are incredibly sympathetic to the impact this has had – it’s been a supremely difficult time for all.
As I’m hoping you have seen, our Golden Tote roadshow continues to be hugely successful, we’ve been delighted to welcome members up and down the UK on board the vans to showcase our semi-automated repeat prescription solution.
As more and more members take advantage of Golden Tote, as well as the obvious benefits such as increased safety and reduced levels of stock holding, many are finding that the overwhelming benefit is that costs associated with dispensing overall are significantly reduced.
