NHS Profile Manager set to replace Directory of Services (DoS) updater and NHS website editor

The Directory of Service updater and NHS website profile editor, used by contractors to update their pharmacy details are set to be replace by a single system in January 2022, called NHS Profile Manager.

The new tool will prevent the same information having to be entered twice in separate platforms.

As a safety measure, the new NHS Profile Manager tool will require contractors to use their NHSmail email account to login to the profile manager.  During November and December 2021, contractors who do not use an NHSmail account as a log in to their profile editor account will be emailed explaining how they can update their login details to an NHSmail address.
