Hey Pharmacist is continuing to progress to help your pharmacy enter a digital future with ease, with the next big step being the introduction of the Hey Pharmacist Portal.
The Hey Pharmacist Portal is a web based tool that enables pharmacies to manage orders and patient communications for their Hey Pharmacist collection, repeat prescription patients.
Pharmacies will use the portal to communicate the progress of the fulfilment of patient orders. It will allow colleagues to easily send updates when an order is being worked on, or when it’s ready for collection or delivery. We know this is what patients want from a digital service - convenience and to be informed every step of the way.
