PharmOutcomes GP Notification Issues

We have been made aware of a technical issue on the PharmOutcomes platform, meaning that electronic GP notifications for various services are not being sent to some GP practices.

PharmOutcomes has sent a message to users detailing this issue, and more information can be found by logging in to the platform.

For action:

  • Where there is no valid email address for a GP practice, please ensure GP notifications are being sent manually ie. printed and delivered, ensuring service level agreements are being adhered to with regards to time frame.
    • Confirm this within PharmOutcomes by selecting ‘Sent Manually’ on individual entries.
  • Await further guidance on historic unactioned messages.
