MyPin Replacement: Review your user list

You spoke, we listened!

We are committed to helping you maximise your membership, which includes refining and improving the current PHOENIX ordering system.

Thanks to your feedback, we are pleased to share that we will be able to unveil the brand-new PHOENIX Gateway system later this year, but before that, there are a few things you should do.

As a Numark member, your journey to login has been modernised. You will be able to access the new system with your NumarkNet login credentials, but in order to maintain security, we recommend taking a moment to review your current user list. 

Here’s how…

If you are a user admin:

  1. Go to My Account > Manage Users
  2. Review all listed users
  3. Deactivate any users no longer required
  4. Update any out-of-date information
