Mandatory workforce survey reminder
Numark would like to remind our members of the mandatory requirement to complete the 2025 Community Pharmacy Workforce Survey, managed by Health Education England (HEE), by 21st November 2025.
The survey is the same as last year’s survey, with questions about the number of full-time equivalents (FTE) and vacancies within ten different types of staff (including pharmacists, trainee pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, dispensing assistants, medicines counter assistants and delivery drivers).
Health Education England has produced some guidance notes to help with completing the survey
Pharmacy contractors should have been contacted via email by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) with a link to complete the survey online. Multiple pharmacy groups will be able to submit data via their head office.
