Your new training platform is coming!
Your brand-new training platform will soon be live on 2nd February.
But before it is launched, there are a couple of things you need to do, to make sure the transition goes smoothly.
Pharmacy owners and managers
- Remove anyone who is no longer part of your team. This makes sure only current staff are set up with access to the new platform.
- Double-check everyone’s email address. These details will be used to create new accounts and send login instructions — so making sure they’re correct now will save you time later.
For all users
Before 31st January, make sure you download any training certificates from the current platform. After this date, you won’t be able to access certificates from previously completed modules so save them now to keep your records up to date.
How to download a certificate
Once you have successfully completed a training module you can download a certificate for it. To do this you need to go to My Learning using the tab at the top of the page. The learning you have successfully completed appears in 'completed'. Click 'Download Certificate' for the module you need the certificate for. You can also download a certificate using the Numark Academy app.
Until the new platform is live, you can continue to use the Numark training platform as usual.
