Imagine turning up for work and finding out the devastating news that 15 elderly patients that you care for have been struck with an unknown and extremely contagious virus that seemed to be preying on and killing the weak and vulnerable with no way of stopping? Only then as the weeks went on and the virus was understood a little better, did more and more of those that you care for get infected and sadly lose their battle with COVID-19; but even those that you work alongside testing positive for the virus and having to self-isolate too. This is the reality that superintendent pharmacist and director, Gurvinder Singh Sabharwal and his team at Total Medcare have had to face.
