This SOP outlines procedures for NHS Scotland Pharmacy First Plus:<ul><li>To deliver the NHS Scotland Pharmacy First Plus (PFS) service safely and in line with the service specification.</li><li>To verify customer’s eligibility for the service.</li><li>Assess the customer’s symptoms and provide an appropriate response (advice, referral, or treatment).</li><li>Ensure all staff understand the service and are appropriately trained.</li><li>Ensure the pharmacy team work together to deliver the service.</li></ul>
