IMPORTANT -  Two Changes to Payment for the Pharmacy First Services 

Reduction in Monthly Payment Threshold Level  

The October monthly payment threshold has been reduced to 20 clinical pathways.

Introduction of New Pharmacy First Caps 

From the 1st October a new cap on the number of clinical consultations that can be delivered per month will be introduced. 

Pharmacies will be banded based on actual delivery of Pharmacy First (clinical pathways). 

October, November and Decembers banding , being based on actual activity May to July 2024.
